By using GoLumo's Services, you confirm that:

  • You agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines.

2. About GoLumo

GoLumo provides EV charging infrastructure, mobile app-based services, billing systems, charging station access, and customer support for users and businesses.
These Terms apply to all users of the GoLumo website, app, and charging network.

3. User Responsibilities

When using GoLumo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Use charging stations and hardware responsibly.
  • Follow safety instructions displayed at charging stations or in the app.
  • Not misuse the platform through hacking, tampering, or fraudulent activity.
  • Not attempt to access restricted or non-user areas of the charging infrastructure.

Improper usage may result in account suspension or penalties.

4. Charging Sessions & Payments

  • Users must have a valid GoLumo account to access paid charging stations.
  • Charging fees depend on station type, time, location, and demand.
  • Payments are processed securely through integrated payment partners.
  • GoLumo is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment failures, bank delays, or user-input errors.

5. App & Platform Usage

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, reverse-engineer or distribute GoLumo's software.
  • Use automated systems (bots/scrapers) to extract data.
  • Upload viruses, spam, malicious files, or attempt unauthorized access.

GoLumo may update the app for improvements, security, or new features.

6. Hardware, Charging Stations & Safety

Users must:

  • Connect/Disconnect chargers safely as instructed.
  • Ensure proper parking and avoid blocking stations.
  • Report malfunctioning or damaged equipment immediately.

GoLumo is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle-specific charging issues.
  • User negligence or misuse of hardware.
  • Damages caused by third-party stations or installation partners.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Wallet Balance

  • Charging sessions cannot be reversed once energy delivery begins.
  • Refunds may be issued for failed sessions (energy not delivered) after verification.
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.

GoLumo is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle-specific charging issues.
  • User negligence or misuse of hardware.
  • Damages caused by third-party stations or installation partners.

8. Data Usage & Privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We may collect:

  • Login details
  • Charging session data
  • Payment details
  • Location-based information (for nearest charging stations)

GoLumo does not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our website and app may contain links to third-party apps, chargers, maps (Google Maps), or payment processors. GoLumo is not responsible for:

  • Their content
  • Security
  • Policies or service reliability

Always review third-party terms before use.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, UI elements, software, content, and designs on GoLumo belong to the company. Users may not copy, reproduce, or republish any content without written permission.

11. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted charging availability. However, GoLumo is not liable for:

  • Power outages
  • Network issues
  • Maintenance downtime
  • Faults at third-party charging locations

We may temporarily suspend Services for upgrades or safety reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability

GoLumo is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by user negligence
  • Vehicle or battery-related issues not directly caused by our equipment
  • Lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages
  • Issues arising from third-party providers or payment systems

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. User Account Termination

GoLumo may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • System misuse is observed

Users may also delete their account anytime through the app or by contacting support.
